    Poor attitude of staff

    Poor customer service, staff body language and attitude poor when trying to amicably resolve issues with car. Car sold as clean but was in fact very dirty inside and had been given a token wipe to remove some surface dirt.

    Great car and service

    We bought a lovely blue 1.9 Golf TDI with auto gearbox, hard to come by so three hour return journey! Worth it and car like a dream. We did our own full AA Check to be 100% which was fine and all documentation is in A1 order, as it said on the tin. Took it for a hard test drive to ensure no noisy parts etc and Naz in the showroom made us a coffee whilst we insured and taxed the car! Comes with a year AA membership too which is great.     Nothing but issues

    Bought a Saab which had to go back several times for various issues. All fixed under warranty but an inconvenience. I've covered about 4000 miles since having it and it's just gone in for an MOT. £530 to get it through. Makes me wonder how it managed to get through the last MOT which was carried out by the garage next to Thornbury Car Centre!!
